Ewart Road Housing Co-operative (ERHC) is a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) which manages the Ewart Road housing estate in the Forest Hill area of the London Borough of Lewisham in the UK.
The Ewart Road Estate has 253 dwellings and takes its name from one of the estate’s streets.
The co-op acts as the managing agent of the estate on behalf of Lewisham Council via Lewisham Homes. The co-op is registered as a Mutual Society under the 1965 Industrial and Provident Societies Act.
